Shipping & Delivery

All digital product will be shipped via email immediately after purchase. Shipping of DVD digitial data is available for an extra purchase cost. Within minutes, you will receive an email with details of your download.

Multiple formats are available for download at no extra cost at time of purchase. Make sure you select the formats you want when selecting your product options.

All files are delivered in LL/NAD27 and LL/NAD83.

You are permitted two downloads for the life of each paid product that you have purchased.

Privacy & Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen. 

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to [address].

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Returns & Replacements

Any data ordered from US Land Grid may be returned with 24 hours of receipt.  Any digital data purchased that is returned must be removed by customer immediately after notifying US Land Grid.  A full credit, refund or replacement will be issued.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Acceptable Methods of Payment
For a total amount due of $4,999 or less, we accept all major credit card, PayPal, checks, money orders and cashiers checks. Purchase Orders are accepted for accounts that have been approved for terms.

Personal or Business Checks
We will hold all items paid for with a personal or business check for 3 days after the date of deposit. If you need your item(s) released for shipping or available for pick-up sooner, please choose another payment method. There is a $30 returned check fee.

Sales Tax
All items picked up at our location or shipped to a Colorado address are subject to Colorado Sales Tax. You must fully execute and sign a Colorado Certificate of Resale to be exempt (in person or by fax).

International Payments

International customers may pay by (YOUR CREDIT CARD) or by Wire Transfer. No checks or money orders drawn on foreign banks will be accepted.
